The 2021 tomato production season is coming as scheduled.

previous years, and the rainfall was too much, which delayed the ripening time
of tomatoes. As of August 23, 2021, due to insufficient supply of raw
materials, Chinese tomato processing manufacturers could not
reach 100% Of the machines were turned on.

the tomato price to be about 10% higher than the contract price.
The good news is that the quality of this year’s tomatoes
is very good, with high solids and very red color. It is just that the pectin
is not fully converted when picking is not ripe enough, which leads to an
increase in the viscosity of the product. We adjust the production process to
produce products that meet the customer's required viscosity.
We have put in 2 automatic tomato picking machines this
year, and the automation of tomato picking will reach 70%, which greatly
increases the production efficiency of our tomato workers.
By September, our organic tomatoes will also mature. We
will process about 4,500 tons of organic tomatoes. The organic products are
certified by the European Union and the United States Department of
Agriculture.
